HP’s WXP Honored by UX Design Awards 2025
Guided by the HP Digital Services Product Design Team, the HP Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) took top prize in the UX Design Awards’ Product category for its exceptional user experience.
We’re proud to announce that the HP Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) took top honors at the UX Design Awards 2025 in the Product category. Organized by the International Design Center Berlin, the UX Design Awards celebrate products and solutions that deliver outstanding experiences and meaningful impact for users worldwide.
From 146 nominated projects across 49 countries, the UX Design Awards jury selected outstanding achievements in the Product, Concept, and New Talent categories. Within the Product category, WXP was one of just nine products awarded for delivering exceptional user experience design. The platform stood out for its ability to unify complex enterprise IT ecosystems into a seamless, employee-centric platform.
Forward-Thinking Design for the Digital Employee Experience (DEX)
WXP is HP’s modular, AI-driven solution that helps IT teams run large digital ecosystems with ease. From PCs and Macs to printers, conferencing systems, virtual machines, and mobile devices, WXP brings everything together into a single orchestrated platform designed to optimize DEX.
The UX Design Awards Jury praised WXP for its scale, accessibility, and integration:
“The HP Workforce Experience Suite is beautifully designed to enhance enterprise IT management. It provides proactive support and issue resolution based on employee experience metrics. With the ability to manage over 781,000 devices and 11 million monthly issues, the suite demonstrates outstanding scale and integration. Grounded in extensive user research, its state-of-the-art interface emphasizes unified design and accessibility. Innovative features like the AI-powered Fleet Explorer simplify device management, and the Sustainability Dashboard tracks environmental impact.”
Built on User Research, Designed for Scale
The biggest challenge was building a design foundation to unify the distinct experiences of HP Anyware, HP Command Center, HP Connect, HP Proactive Insights, and HP Vyopta into one cohesive platform. Each product has its own identity, and the team needed to create a consistent, responsive design without slowing delivery.
Through 40 targeted research studies, the team analyzed interactions and visual models while simultaneously building a shared design library in just six months. This was fast enough to support the release of a robust beta. The library became a catalyst for alignment, enabling faster iteration, familiar patterns, and higher-quality user experiences across the platform.
The result is a platform that cuts through IT complexity with a clean, intuitive interface, improving not only how IT teams work but also how employees experience workplace technology.
Looking Ahead
As HP continues to innovate with AI-powered capabilities, WXP will remain focused on delivering an easy, intuitive, and trustworthy experience for IT teams while empowering them to improve the productivity of their workforce.
This recognition builds on WXP’s momentum, which includes being named a Visionary in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Digital Employee Experience Management Tools 2025.
